Job Description

You will also be expected to help with other office related tasks, such as planning office activities and assisting with the office facilities.
Duties will include:

  • Enter transactions into the company's accounting system
  • Support the company's month-end close process by posting journal entries, preparing account reconciliations, cash/bank reconciliations, and producing draft financial statements and related reporting
  • Assist with the preparation and filing of local tax returns
  • Liaise with the Finance team to perform monthly variance analysis and support the company's annual budget process
  • Assist with annual financial statement audit process
  • Support the financial/accounting integration of acquired companies

This position is Monday to Friday (35-hour work week).


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Experience with NetSuite and/or Salesforce preferred.
