Job Description

The role involves both written and oral communication, and requires relevant skills such as SAP Knowledge or ERP, order processing and word-processing.

Key responsibilities:

  • Goods shipped
  • Order processing
  • Inventory checks and order confirmation
  • Dealing with customer queries
  • Incoming and outgoing orders of goods
  • Invoice queries on accounts receivable
  • Liaise with the warehouse
  • Client management and building relationships
  • General administration

What you need to know:

  • Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm
  • Free Parking
  • Hybrid working: 2-3 days in the office
  • Lovely company to work for

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Administration experience is essential
  • SAP knowledge or strong Excel skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good team player
  • Works well under pressure
