You will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining the companys credit control framework to ensure good debt management, managing a small credit control team across the company ensuring timely cash collection, as well as leveraging team knowledge to ensure the insurers are contacted via a single point.
You will ensure cash targets are set, and collections are in line with credit terms, timely preparation of weekly/monthly management information, such as estimation of cash receipts and aged debt reporting across the Steer Group and identify and mitigate credit control risks, taking action on improving/enhancing existing systems and processes.

You will have a good working knowledge of general ledger, credit monitoring and accounts receivable systems and excellent system experience including proficiency in Microsoft excel, work and PowerPoint.
