Communicate, engage, and interact with the Board of Directors, CEO, and Executive Leadership Team to provide fresh insights and recommendations for both short-term and long-term growth planning.
Identify, acquire, and implement systems and software to provide critical financial and operational information.
Evaluate departments and make suggestions for automating processes and increasing working efficiency.
Explore new investment opportunities and provide recommendations on potential returns and risks.
Lead and inspire the finance and accounting department to ensure the proper functioning of all systems, databases, and financial software, which will include:
Review and ensure the application of appropriate internal controls and financial procedures.
Hire, develop and manage accounting department managers and staff.
Manage relationships with bankers, external auditors, and other strategic alliances.
Manage monthly reporting and annual budget processes.
Manage cash flow planning process and ensure availability of funds.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong educational background in Business administration, Accounting, or Finance, Master’s Degree preferred
Certified Public Accountant or Chartered designation preferred.
Minimum eight years of experience in financial management and manufacturing required.
Experience working with companies in Europe and the Far East is preferred.
Experience with mergers and acquisitions.
Experience raising capital.
Experience driving new business initiatives.
Experience working with Accounting Software, experience with Xero preferred.
