Job Description

A position has arisen for a full time, French speaking Credit Controller for a Global Brand in Watford on a 12 month fixed term contract.

In your new role, you will ensure that money is collected efficiently according to agreed terms, minimizing bad debts and maintaining an excellent internal control environment.

Your duties will include:

• Chasing and collecting outstanding payments including via Direct Debit and Credit Card
• Resolving customer disputes and arranging refunds to customer accounts
• Negotiating payment plans and evaluating credit worthiness of new accounts

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

To be considered for the position, you must have fluency, both written and spoken, in French. You will also be required to have experience from either finance, B2B customer service or administration.

You will be provided with extensive internal training, arming you with all the skill you require to manage this critical function of the business.
