Job Description
This role involves providing business partnering, financial modelling and insight to support our Commercial team on creating and launching propositions to drive customer upgrades and retention, as well as support revenue growth from customers that are mid contract.
This role will suit candidates who can use their outstanding business partnering & modelling skills, and strong commercial & financial acumen, to support & drive the business towards achieving key outcomes.
The successful candidate will embrace agile and continuous improvement principles and be able to work with the different commercial teams that support acquisition & retention activity as well as future proposition activity.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide world class financial stewardship (via business partnering, and producing key financial analysis & insight), so that the business can make informed decisions
- Support prioritization & management of commercial activity, working closely with commercial Product Owners and squad members to achieve this
- Drive improvement and efficiencies in ways of working, through better processes, modelling and utilizing data in a more effective way
- Support the Commercial FP&A team to build and review forecasts and budgets based on in depth knowledge of the area
- Participate in relevant meetings with the commercial team
- Be an active participant in the continuous improvement and agility maturity of the commercial teams (tribes & squads)
- Support other areas of Commercial Finance and commercial teams as required
