Job Description

We have a great opportunity for a Cash and Credit Control Administrator to join our team at Pulse Outsource. You will be based in our Milton Keynes office on a part-time basis working from 20-25 hours per week. This position is primarily that of debtor management, to include both the cash allocation and credit control for a portfolio of debtors and clients. The collections & credit control function will service our clients, whilst liaising closely with the account managers who manage the risk profile of our clients. You will have your own portfolio of clients against which specific daily and weekly benchmarking activities will take place in order for you to full your role and effectively process all cash, whilst verify new debt and chasing overdue accounts.

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Telephone credit control on behalf of Pulse and our clients.
  • Ensuring credit control notes are complete and sufficient to comply with debt protection policy.
  • Verification of debts/invoices
  • Ledger reviews with Client managers
  • Reporting any issues/disputes etc, to line manager/ client manager
  • Working with client / debtors to ensure any issues/disputes are resolved quickly and efficiently.
  • Risk monitoring
  • Sending chasing letters, copy invoices and statements
  • Liaising with clients as necessary.
  • Accurate and diligent allocation of debtor receipts
  • A high standard of reconciliation and numeracy skills
  • Preparing reports

Applicants must have proven credit control or debt collection experience. Candidates must have a proven history of accurate and efficient cash management and processing. Factoring experience is desirable but not essential.

  • Excellent time management skills
