Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Bookkeeper to maintain our financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts and payments. Bookkeeper job duties include the following- analyze financial reports and ensure legal requirements compliance, process accounts payable and receivable and manage invoices and tax payments. Our ideal candidate holds a Finance degree and is familiar with accounting softwares like Xero. Ultimately, the Bookkeeper’s responsibilities are to accurately record all day-to-day financial transactions of our company.

Responsibilities:

  • Post records and statements to financial systems.
  • Input and verify financial data for accounting systems.
  • Perform end-of-month procedures for accounting systems.
  • Review financial reports.
  • Review accounts and provide status to management and staff.
  • Complete other administrative tasks.
  • Perform end-of-year procedures for accounting systems.

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
