Job Description

Our client based in Milton Keynes are looking for an Accounts Administrator to join their busy team.

  • Administration of database
  • Preparing quotations
  • Order processing
  • Prepare and send customer invoices
  • Keeping all account systems up to date and accurate
  • Filing and scanning of documents and other communications

Hours, Pay and Benefits:

  • £23,000 - £25,000
  • Monday to Thursday 08:30 - 17:30 and Fridays 08:30 - 14:00
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • Free Parking
  • Company pension scheme
  • Death In Service

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Experience in the use of MS office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
  • Experience using Microsoft AX software/ CRM packages - desired but not essential
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Methodical and precise approach
