Job Description

The successful candidate would work as part of the Investment Management team, closely linking up with the CFO and Head of Structured Finance. You would support on debt raising, refinancing activities and portfolio hedging. Additionally supporting M&A work streams and other key origination & execution activities.

Key responsibilities:

• Corporate Finance and Investment – Assist debt raising and refinancing initiatives. Develop and execute strategies for portfolio funding and capital structuring.
• Value Creating Initiatives – Identify areas for improvement on the portfolio of existing assets (capital structure, treasury management, forecasting asset profitability).
• Risk Management – Monitor risk and assess any impact on asset portfolio. Develop, recommend, and execute mitigation strategies.
