Job Description

We are looking for an office administrator / Document controller from now until Christmas, with the potential for it to become a permanent position.

Daily Duties could involve,

  • Document Control, Paper and electronic Filing
  • Utility applications and Co-ordination
  • -Wage co-ordination
  • -Material Ordering
  • Tracking of company expenditure (Minor bookkeeping)
  • Attendance register
  • Planning portal co-ordination
  • Interest in Health and Safety (with a view to increasing role to job role)

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Ideally worked within the construction Industry
  • Good Excel Spreadsheet Knowledge
