Job Description
We are looking for an office administrator / Document controller from now until Christmas, with the potential for it to become a permanent position.
Daily Duties could involve,
- Document Control, Paper and electronic Filing
- Utility applications and Co-ordination
- -Wage co-ordination
- -Material Ordering
- Tracking of company expenditure (Minor bookkeeping)
- Attendance register
- Planning portal co-ordination
- Interest in Health and Safety (with a view to increasing role to job role)
