Job Description
You will be expected to provide accounts support to enable us to deliver an efficient and professional service to our clients.
Your duties will include:
- Preparation and timely submission of quarterly VAT returns from source information.
- Communication with clients to ensure all issues are resolved and that clients understand their liability and payment dates;
- Analysis of source information to assist in the preparation of accounts for a varied client portfolio, including sole traders, partnerships and limited companies.
- This includes bank and control account reconciliations and requires direct communication with clients;
- Bookkeeping services for a small number of local clients.
- This includes maintaining/checking the client’s bookkeeping software, and providing management accounts and other reports to directors;
- Ad hoc administrative duties, answering client calls, raising invoices.
