Job Description
  • Process purchase invoices in SAP
  • Process payment runs in online bank accounts
  • Set up and update vendor details in SAP
  • Post period and month end journals in SAP
  • Post expenses journal
  • Run month end report
  • Process freight
  • Support introduction of automated AP
  • Manage incoming team post
  • Ensure compliance with the Company’s Environmental, Health & Safety and Energy procedures

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Significant experience gained from an Accounts Payable function
  • Experience of processing purchase invoices
  • Experience of preparing or posting journals
  • Experience of processing payment runs in online bank accounts
  • SAP experience
  • Experience gained from a manufacturing environment
  • Part AAT qualification
