Job Description

We not only focus on offering advice and assistance to help our clients to develop and grow their businesses we also focus on offering advice and assistance to our staff to help them develop and grow their knowledge within accountancy.

Main responsibilities

  • Helping with office admin
  • Calling HMRC
  • Answering the phone
  • Emailing clients with information
  • Creating systems for retention of paperwork
  • Basic accounting work
  • Help with social media
  • Writing of short blogs
  • Opening and sorting of letters
  • Ad hoc work

This is not an exhaustive list of duties and you would be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by the overall business objectives.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Experience:

  • Ideally have worked in an accountancy firm before but not necessary

Education:

  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
  • Up to A levels/BTEC
