Job Description
The candidate will be providing administrative support as well as carrying out some travel arrangements.
Main duties include:
Undertake general administration activities at each office (High Wycombe and London): phone calls & email correspondence with third parties, dealing with daily post, preparation and filing documents, ordering stationaries and office supplies, etc – 50% of work time
Arranging accommodation and travel – 20 % of work time
Arranging training courses and corporate events – 15% of work time
Basic bookkeeping function – 15% of work time

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous experience in an admin position and in organizing travel/business trips
Strong ability to multi-task is vital
Strong IT skills and Microsoft Office
Strong English written and oral communication is essential
Friendly telephone manner
Highly organized
Flexible and willing attitude
Fluency in Russian is preferably
Experience:
organizing travel/business trips: 1 year (preferred)
