Job Description

The candidate will be providing administrative support as well as carrying out some travel arrangements.

Main duties include:

  • Undertake general administration activities at each office (High Wycombe and London): phone calls & email correspondence with third parties, dealing with daily post, preparation and filing documents, ordering stationaries and office supplies, etc – 50% of work time
  • Arranging accommodation and travel – 20 % of work time
  • Arranging training courses and corporate events – 15% of work time
  • Basic bookkeeping function – 15% of work time

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Previous experience in an admin position and in organizing travel/business trips
  • Strong ability to multi-task is vital
  • Strong IT skills and Microsoft Office
  • Strong English written and oral communication is essential
  • Friendly telephone manner
  • Highly organized
  • Flexible and willing attitude
  • Fluency in Russian is preferably

Experience:

  • organizing travel/business trips: 1 year (preferred)
