Job Description
The client is an actuary consultancy that provide high-quality actuarial and technical solutions, with a desire to be the most trusted provider of interim and project actuarial services in the marketplace. You will be responsible for the following:
- Primary task will be managing client's administrative matters to include coding and posting invoices and expenses claims
- Coordinating the collation of information
- Responding to day-to-day queries
- Preparing payment runs
- Maintaining supplier details
- Managing receivables ledgers and other such matters
- You will also aid the Management Accountants with collation and posting of accounting records
- Accurate and timely filing of financial information and the resolution of any review points raised as part of our quality control process along with monitoring the purchase ledger and sales ledger on an on-going basis and deal with issues before they become significant
