Job Description
Your primary role will be to support the Managing Director in all matters and any other ad hoc duties that require assistance. Following this your role will be to help support and coordinate with the finance, customs, and logistics departments. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized and be able to keep a keen eye out for attention to detail, good listening and communication skills and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Processing, filing, and chasing invoices and outstanding payments
- Clerical tasks, provide administrative support to the logistics and customs team managers
- Track orders to ensure timely deliveries
- Compile reports, assist with creating presentations with co-workers, and organize and maintain records, as well as perform housekeeping duties
- Schedule shifts for office and warehouse staffs
- Maintain updated records of orders, suppliers, and customers
- Oversee the levels of our warehouse stock and place orders as needed
- Provide information to customers about the status of their orders
