Job Description

This role is to work with the CIO and other key members of the investment teams to maintain, develop a range of active, passive, overseas and sustainable model portfolios. This role is suitable for someone with experience as an assistant investment manager or assistant wealth manager who wants to work in a close-knit team and be able to make a difference and contribute to the next phase of growth.
Some of the responsibilities include :

• Construct and manage investment portfolios
• Perform fund research and manager selections across all asset classes
• Undertake quantitative and qualitative research and analysis.
• Conduct fund manager reviews
• Maintain relationships with private client team, dealing with queries
• Be able to explain investment proposition and portfolio positioning to clients
• Follow compliance processes and procedures

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

An ideal candidate will be degree educated, have client facing experience, be level 4 with IMC, IAD or CISI/CII equivalent. Have fund research experience across all asset classes. Direct experience using Morning star and FE analytics would be preferred.
