Job Description

In this role, you will:

  • Support the development and implementation of internal communications plans and activities supporting company’s strategy and business priorities.
  • Support the planning and delivery of campaigns, including key messages, collateral and measurement.
  • Contribute to the development of internal communications activities and the planning and delivery of colleague content and campaigns, including key messages, collateral and measurement.
  • Support the development of innovative new internal communications products, techniques and channels.
  • Contribute to development and management of global communications channels, in particular the rollout of digital workplace as well as leader and manager communications.
  • Consider the external implications of implementing employee communications campaigns and projects and collaborate with media relations colleagues on external messages to mitigate risks.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Communications
  • Project Management experience
  • Proactive and clear communicator
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Strong knowledge on the key foundation of communications
  • Able to work within an ambiguous environment, priorities and reconcile competing demands and resolve complex issues.
