Job Description

• Managing liquidity: cash flow forecasting, budgets and ensuring quality control over financial transactions.
• Liaising with private banks to ensure appropriate management of all bank accounts.
• Presenting the output of financial reporting to the principal - including the Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss.
• Managing up to 4 Financial Accountants - which includes planning, monitoring and appraising of work, as well as developing personal growth opportunities.
• Investment performance reporting across various asset classes, including Private Equity, Quoted Equity and crypto currency to the Chief Investment Officer.
• Preparing annual personal tax returns.
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
• Project work such as succession planning.
• Other Financial Controller duties as necessary.
