They are looking to recruit a Quality Administratorto co-ordinate and maintain their formal Quality Management system within the company, compliant with the requirements of ISO9001. The ideal candidate will be based within a commutable distance of Birmingham with a background in Mechanical Engineering.
Quality Administrator Position Overview
Process handover packs for customers
Manage the company's customer database and sales teams enquiry leads
Manage the quotation log, ensuring all customer quotations are accurately processed and followed up efficiently up to convert into future orders
Inputting data to a high standard
Ensure all the information and documentation required is up to date and recorded accurately
Work to daily deadlines
Update customer/ supplier information
Ensure that customer queries are responded to promptly and dealt with to the highest level.
Quality Administrator Position Remuneration
£18,000 - £25,000 Depending upon experience
37 hrs per week: 8am - 4:45pm Monday to Thursday, 8am - 1pm on a Friday
28 Days Holiday, including Bank Holidays
