Job Description

This will be a broad Senior Finance Manager role with the following key responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day finance for the UK: financial/management reporting (review), prepare Board pack, deliver commentary + manage team of 4 (Finance Manager, Junior Accountant, AP & AR)
• Commercial Finance Projects: Support CFO/Head of Finance with commercial analysis and commercial projects (this will include financial due diligence/M&A)
• Change/Improvements: develop processes/controls/analysis to develop the finance function as the business grows

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Finance Qualification (ACA/CA/ACCA/CIMA)
• Strong understanding of finance processes + developing best practices
• Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Must have a proven background in developing finance processes/controls/functions
• Must be able to commute to Central London (2 - 3 days)
