Depending on the team, most of our roles offer flexible working - The requirement for this role is to work one day a week from our Hammersmith office.

• You need to have knowledge of commercial lending and an in-depth understanding of the products and services we offer
• You will need to be an excellent relationship manager, providing customer service through excellent interpersonal skills
• You will also need to have an understanding of Know Your Customer (KYC) & Anti Money Laundering (AML) requirements as well as Treating Customers Fairly (TCF), our customers come first!
• Working closely with your colleagues in the wider Commercial Team to make sure we give amazing service to all of our customers
• Winning new business, explaining the refreshing way we put our customers at the heart of everything that we do

• Experience of identifying and meeting customer's commercial banking needs whilst resolving complex queries and transactional banking requirements
• Able to build amazing relationships with colleagues and customers so that we make the right decision for our customers every time
• The ideal candidate would already have experience working within our Central London Regional Commercial team
