Construction Administrator Key Responsibilities:
* Answer and deal with incoming office calls
* Liaise with residents and clients to schedule works
* Request and manage subcontractor questionnaires and forms
* Manage project tracker and projects files in Dropbox
* Produce packs & site folders for the site managers & distribute
* Book in collections and skips updating all relevant documents
* Hire / Book / monitor / manage welfare facilities / PPE for sites
* Place order for materials/price comparisons & raise completion reports
* Update monthly spreadsheets such as project tracker
* Assist all sub-contractors and contracts managers with daily requests
* Archive historical projects, scan health & safety documents and file
* Support contracts managers with administration tasks as and when required Additional Responsibilities
* Maintain daily running of the office: post, deliveries, cleaning, filing, stationery, refreshments
* Management of cscs cards
* Booking Contractor accommodation on weekly basis
* Send out / collect weekly receipts lists and collate for accounts
* Assist with bank payments per request
* Maintain company calendars, ft accounts, certificates
