Job Description
Reporting into the Head of Finance, this role will be pivotal to the success of the business. You will be responsible for day to day finance duties as well as longer term projects to help improve the profitability of the business.
Duties:
- Weekly reporting
- Working accurately to produce management accounts including producing balance sheets, reconciliation and posting monthly journals
- Working to produce cost reports to ensure departments are within budgets allocated
- Working with the team to help produce customer P&L to improve profitability as well as working with Operations to ensure sales forecasts remain accurate
- Costing of imported goods and COGS analysis
- Proactive management of debtors and creditors along with credit control
- Assisting the Head of Finance with the annual budget
- Sales invoicing
- Working to approve purchase orders
- Managing all incoming finance emails and correspondence
