Key Responsibilities
Reporting Monthly Preparation of Management Accounts for Asylum and MR entities/sites including:
Budgeting and Planning Responsible for managing the weekly revenue forecast for the business, liaising with operations and regional offices to have a full understanding order book for the business internationally and ensure operational order book is aligned Service Forecasting using a combination of order book and regional inputs Support budget processes – including P&L, balance sheet and cash
Support Business Finance Lead in each business to manage bonus and commission schemes Drive finance process improvements in reporting for the business Proactively provide regular and ad hoc financial information, analysis and advice on business issues to managers. Maintain effective working relationships across the business
