Job Description

This is an opportunity to bring those senior level partner relationship skills to the table, to facilitate dialogues across our Global Product and Marketing Areas and to lead a team of experienced Finance Partners and help them achieve their development goals along the way. This role sits on a number of pivotal leadership teams collaborating with global heads up to Senior Vice President level. Core Responsibilities

• Leadership of the finance agenda within Global Marketing, Brand and Digital Consumer Engagement
• People leadership of Finance Business Partner team of 6 employees based in London and Billund
• Strategic planning and performance management within marketing, brand and digital investments
• Financial leadership of marketing transformation projects
• Lead the financial processes including monthly and yearly and monthly reporting, estimates and performance tracking
• Finance Business Partner for the area within Brand, Marketing, Insights and Partnerships
