Job Description

The Assistant Finance Manager will be responsible for creating detailed reports and updates, creating models, and supervising the coordination of financial activities. Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and address the financial requirements of the company.
  • Direct and monitor the activities of accountants and financial analysts.
  • Recommend ways that the company can control costs and improve financial health.
  • Analyze and assess financial reports.
  • Analyze the financial standing of a business or corporation.
  • Analyze market data for comparable.
  • Analyze the profitability or market share of a particular product or service.

Schedule:

  • Day shift

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • You have the following qualities and skills, namely:
  • a completed degree, training as a commercial assistant, foreign language secretary or comparable training
  • ideally with initial experience in the field of assistance (e.g. in a law firm)
  • pronounced service behavior and helpfulness; Positive experience in the hotel or catering industry is an advantage
  • organizational skills and very good self-management
  • high sense of responsibility, diligence and reliability
  • coordination and communication skills, and can juggle several technical balls at the same time
  • high team spirit
  • high level of self-motivation, initiative and fun working in a team
  • very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word and PowerPoint, good knowledge of Excel desirable
