Job Description

Coordination with all stakeholders is core within this role you will have to give input/direction assisting with developing events, agendas, presentation and product display. A working relationship between yourself and stakeholder/vendors must be maintained at all times as this is paramount within the business.

You will be at the heart of planning event aspects such as venues, seating, dining and guest lists. You will be able to demonstrate a strong knowledge of venues and vendor offerings, event set ups and being able to navigate clients through tours and assisting with venue possibilities. Event Management and overseeing events of the day are at the responsibility of the event coordinator including any problem solving, greeting guests, and directing the setup of events and communication with staffing.

Within the product team you will work with local NSC’S (National Screening Committees) MP&L’S (Materials Planner and Logistics) and Plant/Schedulers to ensure all vehicles are built, delivered to the right location and prepared before product deadline. We do ask that candidates have an understanding of the product and brand this can include SVO’S, Conversions and the Order to Delivery process.
