Contribute to the effective cultural, business process and systems change programs, whilst also supporting the real time needs of the business
Line management and overall responsibility for the recruitment, training, and motivation of coworkers in the team, encouraging and enabling them to act as business partners
Deliver inspiring leadership to the Finance Function and across the business leading by example, providing clear, concise analysis of issues for management and teams
A key contributor to the UK Executive and Finance Leadership Team, acting as a role model, with a positive, enthusiastic, can-do approach, even under pressure
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
ACA, ACCA, CIMA accounting qualification with 10+ years PQE, and 5+ years in a management role
Demonstrated strong knowledge of accounting and finance principles with the ability to apply them practically to a business.
Business partnering at an Executive level, adding real value to both strategic and tactical priorities
Exceptional commercial acumen and a demonstrable ability to connect financial and non- financial metrics, with business drivers and actions
Managing multiple priorities simultaneously, adapting to the changing needs of the business, while at the same time hitting deadlines
Problem solving and identifying process improvements, including appropriate recommendations
Building and developing high performing teams, within multi-national US parent organizations, under U.S. GAAP and IFRS
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with extensive hands-on experience in Excel.
