Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant duties:
- Co-managing the Directors inbox
- Diary management and scheduling
- Diary and schedule management
- Supporting the coordination of internal recruitment processes
- Taking minutes in meetings
- Supporting strategic business initiatives
- General Personal Assistant (PA) tasks as required (posting, ordering and collecting items, making reservations etc.)
- Providing cover for Leadership when out of the office
Business Administration & Project Based Duties:
- Booking company events and conferences
- Liaising with clients and candidates
- Coordinating recruitment process from start to finish
- Responding to enquiries
- Preparing documents and emails
- Coordinating interview booking requests
- Recording data and managing the CRM
- Scheduling calendar invites, ensuring correct global time zones have been applied
- Presenting interview confirmations
- Booking pre-interview preparation calls
- Conducting candidate screening on behalf of the Director
- Issuing client invoices
- Providing daily administrative support
- Research project support
