We are looking for a reliable Office Administrator. They will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.
Duties will include:
· Answering incoming calls - switchboard
· Monitoring emails
· Inputting enquiries onto the CRM
· Live chat
· Lead allocation on CRM
· Sending lead information to designers
· Sending emails to clients to let them know which designer will be calling them
· Updating designer lead spreadsheets
· HR Administration - Timesheets, Lateness forms and monitoring, taking minutes
· Marketing administration - spreadsheets, uploading photos, filing adverts/vouchers
· Recording end of month stock levels (data entry)
· Filing (Marketing, Accounts, Pricing)
· Brochures - making up and sending out
· Designer address labels folder maintenance
· Sending out designer stationary
· Photocopying
· Scanning
· Laminating
· Franking post
· Retyping Letters
· Sending out postcards
· Checking data accuracy (brochure forms)
· Attaching delivery notes to invoices
· Parcels (courier)
· Making hot drinks
· General Administration
The above role is a permanent basis with an ASAP start. You would be required to work Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm.
