Job Description

You will manage projects end-to-end with key business change deliverables. You'll help to define and create a roadmap and manage the delivery of projects, developing a project plan for cross functional teams, identifying and managing dependencies, tracking and monitoring project milestones and ensuing progress is communicated effectively with business stakeholders. You'll be working with complex, enterprise systems in an impactful role.
There's a fully remote interview and onboarding process and you can work from home from anywhere in the UK (there could be the occasional, fully expensed trip to the London office).

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• You have experience as a Project Manager within a finance or FinTech environment, with a good knowledge of the trade lifecycle and an understanding of financial instruments
• You have end-to-end project management experience within complex environments
• You have experience of working with cross functional Agile teams
• You have excellent organization and planning skills with meticulous attention to detail
• You're a skilled communicator with stakeholder management experience
