Job Description

We are looking for someone who is already off to a proven start in their career in Finance, ideally with experience gained in a fast-moving, multinational finance environment. You have solid experience of end-to-end responsibility of the Business Partner process for your designated departments, including monitoring & interpreting of functional P&Ls, controlling spend, financial planning and reporting. You can demonstrate a strong understanding of business partnering, with the ability to build lasting relationships with senior stakeholders, identification and challenge of opportunities and risks, and a proactive approach to managing workload.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• A strong academic background, having completed a relevant accounting qualification (e.g., CIMA, ACCA, ICAEW etc.)
• The ability to cope with high pressure, meeting deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy, with experience and ability to plan effectively, anticipate issues and solve problems
• A motivated, hardworking and driven team member with a strong focus on output, deadlines and long-term strategic vision
• Fluency in English, both verbal and in writing
• Strong analytical skills, coupled with general business understanding with the ability to translate budgets in business cases into operational impact assessments
• Excellent communicator who can work independently and make decisions
• Results-oriented, up for the challenge and have an ability to learn about all parts of our business
• Strong excel skills
• Knowledge of HFM, Oracle, or similar
• Experience working in high growth / entrepreneurial environments
• Tech/Media/Telecoms background
