Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for an accomplished Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner, with previous experience in conveyancing and confidence in managing their own caseload. The role will be focused on new build conveyancing and will involve communicating across all channels with developers, solicitors, lenders, clients and colleagues as part of daily operations, ensuring the company values and culture is supported and are policy and process compliant. You will have an Assistant to help you with opening files and post completion.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The successful Residential Conveyancer will be comfortable handling their own files and will be passionate about residential conveyancing. The role would suit a Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or a Conveyancer qualified by experience.
