Assist the PR & Communications Executive with the implementation of a digital communications strategy
Provide general administrative and PR support
Update website content as directed
Update social media content as directed, assist with the developing engaging content and post tweets, and assist with the management of the company linked-in account
Assist with the production of newsletters, and any other promotional material as required
Assist with the development of company branding and internal guidelines
Monitor and report on competitor's online activities
Maintain effective communication with members; prospects and other departments within the Group
Attend events as well as internal and external meetings as required
Assist with ad hoc projects as required
To be considered for the role of PR & Communications Assistant:
A-level or equivalent - Public Relations level 3: Social Media & Journalism
Desirable a Marketing or Communications degree
Good organising and prioritising ability
Good written and verbal communication skills - content generation and strong attention to detail
Good administrative skills
Good interpersonal skills and a team player
Ability to work under pressure to deadlines
Knowledge of social media platforms, analytics, and reporting methods
Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Database awareness
