Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a bright and enthusiastic individual to work alongside the Payroll Manager to produce an accurate and timely monthly payroll. The Payroll Assistant will provide vital support to the Payroll Department, by assisting with the processing of monthly payroll for 1900+ employees.
Hours: Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.30pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing of employee salary changes.
- Processing starters and leavers.
- Processing statutory leave payments.
- Collating monthly timesheets.
- Gathering and updating data for P11ds and Directors Benefits.
- Processing expenses.
- Maintaining accurate employee information.
- Maintaining data continuity between HR and Payroll systems.
- Liaising with HR regarding payroll queries.
- Assist with the production of monthly payroll analysis.
- Maintaining employee confidence and protecting payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
- Assisting with running payroll from beginning to end.
