Effectively managing cases from the onset to completion, you will assist Directors and Relationship Managers with the entire post sanction drawdown process
Confidently communicating with lenders, valuers, solicitors, and borrowers throughout case lifecycle to ensure a smooth process
Accurately assessing and requesting information and documents relating to cases proactively to aid a swift completion process.
Attending client meetings with Directors and Relationship managers
Providing administrative support as required/ updating CRM systems
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
Yearly bonus
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Candidate will ideally have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working within Finance and/or Banking
Real Estate and experience is preferable but not essential.
Confident IT user
Excellent communication skills and phone manner essential
Strong team player with the ability to work with minimal supervision
