Job Description
  • Coordinating of all payroll cycles.
  • Ensuring resources are in place to meet all deadlines, including payroll payments, HMRC and pension.
  • Entering and authorising payments on banking system.
  • Liaising with various stakeholders including employers, PAs, funding organisations, HMRC and pension providers.
  • Maintaining data protection and adhering to GDPR legislation.
  • Deputising in the absence of the payroll manager.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Proven experience of running end-to-end payroll.
  • Previous experience of overseeing a team.
  • Fully Qualified, Part Qualified or QBE.
  • Intermediate Excel and IT skills.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
