Job Description
  • Responsible for the purchase ledger cycle for assigned accounts
  • Invoice inputting and account reconciliation
  • Reporting directly to the purchase ledger manager
  • Logging, Maintaining and Filing invoices
  • Assisting with enquires and reporting

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • A willingness to learn the Company's purchase ledger cycle
  • Previous purchase ledger experience preferable
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to deal with suppliers and colleagues across all levels of the business in a timely, polite, and professional manner
  • Be self-motivated with the ability to work well with others
  • Be organised to manage own workload and confidently able to multitask
