You will have an in-depth understanding of divisional activities particularly with regard to budgets and financial matters. The division is responsible for a significant budget and the role will be responsible for order raising, invoice payments, contracting, and actively liaising with budget holders.
Although this role will sit within the Estate department, it will require extensive inter-departmental collaboration through the Museum, providing an effective relationship and understating with the Finance department and suppliers, developing communications and quality systems for invoice payment, order raising, contracts and financial reporting.
The role will also involve local contract administration, working with local authorities and having oversight of rents, rates and utilities.
