Job Description

The post holder will be responsible for ensuring the effective deployment of Home works Operatives. This will involve controlling workflows, prioritizing jobs, and directing appropriate skilled Operatives to appointed visits in our homes. You will also facilitate queries from both internal and external customers. Preferably, you will have an understanding of reactive repairs scheduling and a sound knowledge of DRS and be able to corroborate your experience to match the requirements for this role.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Proactive and multi-tasking in your approach you will work with colleagues to ensure the complex management of the Scheduling diary to include controlling workflows and prioritizing jobs and directing appropriate Operatives to jobs. Where priorities change then Operatives will be redeployed accordingly. A good level of IT literacy including experience of using a variety of computer packages such as Excel is essential.
