Job Description
  • Responding to supplier and agent queries
  • Data entry of purchase invoices
  • Weekly reconciliation of purchase ledger clearing account
  • Input of "urgent" payments, and creation of BACS payment files ~15 per day
  • Creation and maintenance of supplier records
  • Maintenance and input of standing invoice and standing payment records
  • Recording and allocating daily cheque receipts
  • Liaising with agents regarding amounts to collect by Direct Debit, and representations
  • Responding to tenant and agent queries

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • A Levels, AAT (desirable but not essential)
  • Ideally some level of experience within an Office/Accounts setting
