As a key business partner to the Ultrasound finance and operating teams, own dedicated reporting activities including collection of inputs for data requests, understanding of key drivers versus budget, prior quarter and prior year and reporting to our Group/Corporate team.
Support Ultrasound Finance and operational teams in monthly Operating Mechanisms by driving consistent data and enhancing existing reporting capabilities for actuals and key KPIs: direct vs fully burdened views, unconstrained vs constrained, regional / sub-regional, group allocations.
Support team on developing reliable monthly and quarterly estimates of order, sales to operating profit
Strong emphasis on building standard work for internal analysis and Group submissions, leveraging systems expertise and consolidating inputs from key stakeholders (direct ULS, regions, group allocations, services).
Support preparation of Op Profit walks, collecting inputs and understanding of key drivers as needed: volume, pricing, mix & inflation, investments & cost productivity, FX, and drive compliance to Ops P&L requirements
Build reports and variance analysis to understand actuals on a fully burdened view and enable timely follow-ups with regions, services, sub-segments.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Bachelor or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
Minimum 2 years of operating finance expertise and rigor
Demonstrated depth and breadth in FP&A expertise from prior assignments
Ability to manage multiple high priorities and high visibility deliverables
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Enjoys thriving in a fast-paced, highly visible, intellectually challenging environment
Solid PC skills: experience with financial systems/applications (i.e.: Oracle, Hyperion, Business Objects, etc.), strong Excel skills in data compilation and aggregation (i.e. pivot tables, VLookup, and Macros)
