The Accounting Team at company is a group of experienced, insightful, interesting and analytically-minded experts who make it easy for the rest of us to understand the daily operations of the hotel and its financial impacts. We’re currently seeking an Assistant Director of Finance to join the opening team to assist the Director of Finance to oversee the overall financial health of the brand. Needless to say, it’s a hugely important role that requires meticulous analysis, insightful planning, and a sharp ability to identify and resolve discrepancies with lightning-fast solutions. You’ll also supervise account balancing, ledger reconciliation, and financial report execution. Finally, you’re a natural people person who’s always eager to collaborate, hear new ideas and advocate for the brand.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Passionate about numbers and math and a minimum of 3 years of similar work experience.
• Advanced knowledgeable of accounting, a strong leader and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
• Excels at communication, both verbal and written.
• Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of an opening
