The purpose of the Real Estate Coordinator is to provide administrative support to the EU Real Estate Team on all property matters, specifically by management of the Property Database. The position will also involve coordinator real estate matters
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update the property database to ensure that the business has accurate lease and rent information to assist in the management of critical dates.
Maintain, update and distribute European Real Estate Report
Arrange store inspections.
Organise lease and documentation for the EU to be signed by Directors.
Liaising with Landlords and Maintenance Team on Maintenance issues.
Sending Insurance documentation to landlords when required.
Scanning post and paperwork to electronic files for all countries in the EU.
In return our client is offering a basic salary of upto £26,000 along with an excellent benefits package.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Fluent in French Strong administrative/coordinating skills Experience of creating and maintaining data Demonstrable experience of working on own initiative, ability to prioritise tasks and working to tight deadlines. Database management and reporting. High level of accuracy and attention to detail Intermediate user of Microsoft Office packages, including Excel and Word
