Job Description
  • Define and Drive the Priorities - align with Customer controller and Customer Account Director to agree differentiation vision for Customer and specific goals for the continental markets
  • Deliver continental Europe customer relationship goals
  • Ensure differentiation agenda & base expectation achievements are proactively communicated with impact, across an appropriately broad and senior customer stakeholder set
  • Execute local pricing negotiations on permanent items
  • Ensure team deliver against LTO margin goals
  • Own upstream inputs into product and demand review to ensure that submissions are robust with clearly communicated movements vs financial forecast and prior year.
  • Provide monthly update regarding key cross functional achievements and market place updates, impacting continental customer
  • Develop high performing commercial team, and coach cross-functional teams where appropriate, to drive a high performance culture
  • Ensure sales and other functions deliver against the continental Europe LTP ambitions for share growth and new category entry

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Degree qualified Significant experience in account management in blue chip
  • B2B commercial/ QSR experience would be a plus Full P&L ownership experience
  • Ability to set cross-functional agenda Complex price negotiation experience
  • Strong influencing skills Collaborative, able to work across all level of organization in cross-functional environment
  • Quick to build relationships and leverage for negotiation or needs Coaching and developing team experience
