This is an exciting 12 months FTC role, responsible for planning, influencing and executing the Financial Services social business strategy and campaign execution including the development of content, activating paid media and driving key metrics such as revenue, awareness and engagement.
You’ll play an advisory role to our business using your experience and expertise in financial services to guide the development of our social presence, writing effective business cases to secure investment and working closely with the wider marketing function to align your strategy to overarching commercial objectives.
You will brief and consult with the paid media and audience team to ensure audience reach is effective, budget is maximized through reach, engagement, key ROI metrics and brand promotion.
Working together to seek new ways to test and develop new initiatives that will realize improved performance now or in the future either through a social channel or paid social innovation. This will form a compelling strategy that creates an environment where John Lewis is visible to engaged audiences at the appropriate touch points and with clearly defined guidelines.
