Job Description

The role is responsible for supporting the Finance manager to business partner the wider procurement team, focusing predominately on saving initiatives and rebates tracking, accounting and reporting.

What you will be doing:

• Deliver all key reporting requirements for Procurement including:
  • Procurement Monthly savings report
  • Procurement Dashboard
  • and KPIS
  • Transformation monthly reporting pack
  • Procurement Category monthly reporting
  • Compliance and Exception Reporting
  • Supplier Risk Management
• Business Partnering across the supply chain teams
• Business Analysis & Insight
• Financial modelling and scenario analysis
• KPI/metric reporting
• Budgeting and Forecasting Co-ordinate Procurement input into the planning and forecasting cycle
• Financial controls for procurement team

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Excellent academics
• Part Qualified Accountant would be ideal
• Strong Excel user and confident with systems to get to grips with supply chain systems and finance systems and processes quickly
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills including the ability to challenge
• Able to translate financial concepts and requirements to non-financial people
• Existing experience as a Finance Analyst within a large and complex business would be highly advantageous
• Experience from a similar finance or analytical role with strong business partnering
